Michaela Averkorn and Manfred Günterberg are the minds behind AutoVision – Der Personaldienstleister GmbH & Co. OHG.

Michaela Averkorn
Since 1 January 2018, Michaela Averkorn has been an authorised representative of AutoVision -– the personnel service provider.
A graduate in business administration (Diplom-Kauffrau), she began her career in 1993 at the company Brillux in Münster, where she worked in human resources until 2002, most recently as a training manager. Afterwards, she joined the HR staff at ZF Boge Elastmetall GmbH at Damme for six years until she switched to Volkswagen AG in Wolfsburg on 1/10/2008.
Here she held various roles in the different HR departments until 31/12/2017. From 2011 – 2013, she concurrently held the positions of manager for a Personal Service Centre and HR manager for the Bugatti brand, among others. Afterwards, she became a consultant for Volkswagen AG’s Corporate Human Resources Director, from which she assumed leadership of Corporate Management Development for the HR and Finance Departments in 2014.

Manfred Günterberg
Manfred Günterberg has been an authorised representative of AutoVision since 2 September 2014.
He has extensive professional and managerial experience and is concurrently a board member of Wolfsburg AG and authorised representative of Allianz für die Region GmbH.
Originally from Wolfsburg, he began his professional career here Wolfsburg in 1979. He worked as the Commercial Manager for the Waste Management Office, was a consultant to the City Director, and a Communications and PR Manager, among other positions. Since 1999, Günterberg has been working at AG, first as Director of Recreation,then as a general representative as of 2010, and as a board member as of 2013.
