Storage and Sending of my Personal Data
including Talent Pool
You have applied with us on your own initiative or are also interested in future job vacancies that match your profile. We are very pleased about this. In order to take you into consideration for our job vacancies, we need to process your data in the way that is described below. With your declaration of consent, you declare that you agree to this processing of your personal data:
I. Storage
Your data will be stored for the duration of the application procedure. If an employment relationship is entered into after the application procedure, the data will continue to be stored for the time being and transferred to the personnel file. Otherwise, the application process will end with the receipt of a letter of rejection by the applicant. No later than 3 months after receipt of the letter of rejection, the data will be deleted or anonymised. With the anonymisation, your data will be altered in a manner that makes it impossible to identify you personally. Anonymised data is not personal data as set forth in the data protection law; as such, an anonymisation fully complies with statutory erasure obligations
This shall not apply, if the processing and storage of your personal data is necessary in a specific case for the assertion, exercising or defence of legal claims (duration of a legal dispute). If you have applied to one or several additional jobs in the meantime, the deletion time period will be determined by the last application process that is still ongoing.
In the case of your consent to the storage of the applicant data beyond the end of the concrete application procedure, in a so-called “talent pool”, your application data will be stored for a maximum of two years from the time of granting your consent. Your data will be used at a later time, if necessary, to contact you and continue the application procedure, if your come into question for a different position. Once this time period has elapsed, your applicant profile will be deleted, unless otherwise stipulated with you on an individual basis. Furthermore, we will naturally delete your applicant profile at any time if you request that we do so.
2. Transmission
Our customers attach particular importance to already forming their own impression of the applicant at an early stage of the application procedure. For this purpose, it is necessary for AutoVision – Der Personaldienstleister GmbH & Co. OHG to transmit personal data to an indefinite number of customers.
Prior to the transmission, however, we will inform you about the notified body, hereby at least providing information about the industry, size and geographical location of the customer. No transmission will take place prior to this.
The transmission may
include your full application documents (e.g. covering letter, curriculum vitae, reference letters etc.), even if they contain personal data pursuant to Section 3 BDSG [Federal Data Protection Act]
or
be limited to a customer profile generated from your application documents, which comprises the following personal data, as a maximum:
- Surname
- First name
- Date of birth
- Place of residence
- Gender
- Nationality
- School career, (times, type of school and school location)
- Training and advanced training (incl. training/advanced training times and institution)
- Career stages (type of position, employer, position description, employment times)
- Special qualifications (e.g. language skills)
Nature and scope of the data to be transmitted are exclusively determined according to the requirements of the customer for the position that you have applied for. AutoVision – Der Personaldienstleister GmbH & Co. OHG” has no influence on this. No transmission takes place to other customers of AutoVision – Der Personaldienstleister GmbH & Co. OHG or other third parties.
We also assure you that your data will be processed with strict confidentiality and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations. In particular, we will primarily transmit your personal data in an anonymised and pseudonymised form, wherever possible.
If you have applied for a position, which is to be filled in the core area of AutoVision – Der Personaldienstleister GmbH & Co. OHG, your data will not be transmitted to customers or other third parties.
Instructions on your right to revocation
You are entitled to revoke your consent at any time, as a whole or in part, with effect for the future. The revocation is to be sent in text form to:
